Job Description

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Purchase Requisition / Project Administrator on a 12-month ongoing contract based in Redcar.

This position falls INSIDE IR35

Requirements of the Purchase Requisition / Project Administrator:

  • -Post will be to engage with Works Package Project Managers, Project engineers, Operations staff, and other team members.
  • To gather technical information and understand program requirements
  • Input key data into ERP system, create feedback loops, progress reporting
  • Data input and date control
  • Post holder able to communicate at all levels
  • Post holder to demonstrate attention to detail
  • Post holder to be familiar with MS 365
  • Understanding of ERP modules
  • Numeracy and literary skills to resolve and reconcile invoice queries
  • Ability to be agile, dextrous and reactive to demands
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid can be considered
