Job Description
Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Purchase Requisition / Project Administrator on a 12-month ongoing contract based in Redcar.
This position falls INSIDE IR35
Requirements of the Purchase Requisition / Project Administrator:
- -Post will be to engage with Works Package Project Managers, Project engineers, Operations staff, and other team members.
- To gather technical information and understand program requirements
- Input key data into ERP system, create feedback loops, progress reporting
- Data input and date control
- Post holder able to communicate at all levels
- Post holder to demonstrate attention to detail
- Post holder to be familiar with MS 365
- Understanding of ERP modules
- Numeracy and literary skills to resolve and reconcile invoice queries
- Ability to be agile, dextrous and reactive to demands
- Flexible working hours and hybrid can be considered
