Vehicle Build Technician

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Vehicle Build Technician on a 6 month contract based in Silverstone.

This role is inside IR35

Working as a key member of the Build Team to deliver high quality finishes within the constraints of the build schedule, the role is based at our 18,000 sq. ft headquarters and build facility in Silverstone.

Requirements of the Vehicle Build Technician:-

• Experience in automotive mechanical build and vehicle trim fitting
• A passion for building quality vehicles
• Extensive problem solving and resolution ability
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
• Effectively manage and prioritise multiple ongoing tasks
• A great eye for detail and understanding of the premium quality of models
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to tasks
• Ability to challenge others to deliver results
• Must have authorisation to work and remain in the United Kingdom

Preferred additional requirements:-

• Experience of classic Minis
• Experience with electric powertrain vehicles
