Building Services Engineer - Senior Level

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer – Senior Level on a 9-month contract based in Redcar.

This role falls inside IR35

Responsibilities of the Building Services Engineer – Senior Level: –

• Overview execution of building services works of the SOFIA on-shore converter station in Redcar.
• Reporting to subcontract manager.
• Linkup subcontractor with design office to resolve TQs & RFI.
• Review and approve sub-contractor QC arrangement and ITP.
• Follow-up execution of works according to schedule and ensure compliance to delays.
• Ensure subcontractors preparation of works is complete in time for their execution.
• Monitor completion of works as per ITPs.
• Coordinate with final customer for inspection.

Requirements of the Building Services Engineer – Senior Level:-

• 12-15 year XP in supervision of building services works (lighting, small power, HVAC, access control, … )
• Good knowledge of site works scheduling
• Good knowledge of MS Office
