Job Description

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Commissioning Administrator on a 6-month contract based in Redcar.

This role falls Inside IR35

Responsibilities of the Commissioning Administrator: –

  • Setup, customize, maintain CMS application according to project specifications.
  • Customize progress report as per project requirements / client request.
  • Prepare preservation check sheets as per vendors’ recommendations. Issue weekly Preservation Weekly worklist to Preservation Team.
  • interpret M&E design drawings, LV, MV & HV SLDs, cable schedules …
  • Review and verify latest project data i.e. cable schedule, instrument index, equipment list are updated in PIMS-CMS, and all tag numbers are populated correctly with and assigned to the correct sub systems.
  • Review and verify all ITR’s are issued, returned and updated in PIMS-CMS along with punchlist items.
  • Support Project Commissioning Manager in monitoring of MC and PC completion status and issuing of RFCC for MC completed subsystems.
  • Issue reports to Project Management Team and the Clients.
  • Verify signed-off ITRs are duly documented and filed as completion dossiers for timely submission to Client.

Requirements of the Commissioning Administrator: –

  • Engineer degree in Electro mechanical field
  • Basic knowledge of database software.
  • Familiar with MS Office.
  • 2-3 years XP in Commissioning of M&E System or Quality Management of M&E installation & commissioning works.
