Quantity Surveyor

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on a 6-month ongoing contract based in several locations nationwide.

This position falls outside IR35

We are currently seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join the Process & Water division.

the Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects comprising multiple M&E contracts (some civils), using NEC Form of Contract.

Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor: –

• Valuations
• Change Control / Compensation Events
• Subcontractor Procurement
• CVR’s
• Early Warnings
• Updating Risk Register
• Monthly Commercial Reporting
• Cash Flow Forecasts
• Subcontractor Payments
• Dispute Resolution
• Final accounts

Requirements of The Quantity Surveyor:-

• HNC/HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• Working knowledge of NEC
